Neighbors in Kansas City, Kansas took over a city block on Sunday, turning it into what they called a “Survival Revival” street fair to help families struggling to get by.
Organizers set up tents near Bethany Park, offering free food, drinks, hygiene items, back-to-school supplies, and basic medical checks.
Kansas Interfaith Action and other community groups said they chose this specific part of KCK because it is one of the most under-invested areas in the metro area. Read full story on KCTV5.
